已前三件，並是重收。下二凶祭之具，若預作擬後者，身亡並入常住。若為內外親姻、七眾道俗追旌故，實光衍將來而造作者，身雖亡沒，隨屬所為之緣。由決本原，捨別屬故也。

The above three items are all gathered under heavy property. As for the latter two—funerary and sacrificial implements—if they were prepared in advance in anticipation of future use, upon the person's death they all go to the permanent property. If they were made for internal or external relatives, or the religious and lay of the sevenfold assembly, to commemorate and honour them, genuinely to glorify and perpetuate for the future, then even though the person has died, the items follow and belong to the circumstance for which they were made. This is because their original basis was determined and their specific affiliation was relinquished.
