二、栽種五果之樹（其例有三）。初、現樹五果。謂殼果（即胡桃𭫻栗等）、膚果（即梨柰林禽木瓜等）、核果（即桃杏棗柿等）、角果（山澤諸豆）、𥢶果（松柏子等）。二、離地果子。謂乾棗梨李杏柿柑橘柤橙栗柚等（并蔓草所產瓜瓠等諸蓏）。三、樹枝皮殼。謂諸果樹枝葉雜相。

2. Trees planted with the five fruits (of which there are three categories): First are the five fruits currently on the trees: namely shelled fruits (namely walnuts, chestnuts, and the like), skin fruits (namely pears, crabapples, apples, papayas, and the like), pit fruits (namely peaches, apricots, jujubes, persimmons, and the like), pod fruits (various beans from mountains and wetlands), and husk fruits (pine nuts, cypress seeds, and the like). Second are harvested fruits: namely dried jujubes, pears, plums, apricots, persimmons, mandarins, oranges, Chinese quinces, bitter oranges, chestnuts, pomelos, and the like (as well as various gourds and melons produced by creeping vines). Third are tree branches, bark, and shells: namely miscellaneous elements such as the branches and leaves of various fruit trees.
