已前約判，義並重收，皆謂本擬楷定，不容中改者，故入常住。若為壁土圮坼開門牖敝露，權以布帛幔障，後須隨復屏除者，不入此例。

The preceding items, evaluated by principle, are all collected as heavy property. Because they were originally intended to be fixed fixtures not admitting midcourse alterations, they are surrendered to the permanent property. If, because the earthen walls have collapsed or doors and windows are exposed, one temporarily hangs cloth or silk curtains as partitions and must later dismantle them upon repair, they do not fall under this category.
