不久，復有天來，云姓羅氏，蜀人也。言作蜀音，廣說律相。初相見時，如俗禮儀，敘述緣由，多有次第，遂有忽忘。次又一天，云姓費氏，禮敬如前，云：

Not long after, another deva arrived, saying his surname was Luo, a person of Shu. His speech was in the Shu dialect, and he extensively explained vinaya aspects. When we first met, it was like the etiquette of the mundane world, narrating causes and reasons with much orderly sequence, though [parts were] subsequently forgotten. Next, another deva arrived, saying his surname was Fei, who paid homage as before and said:
