複殿東臺五重，皆七寶作，娑竭羅龍王所造。上施寶珠，夜望如日，故此大殿晝夜常明。
The eastern terrace of the multi-tiered hall has five tiers, all made of the seven treasures, created by Sāgara Nāgarāja. Jeweled pearls are placed atop it, which look like the sun when viewed at night; hence this great hall is constantly bright day and night.
