5.24

仰願三寶同加攝受，令（某甲）等所懺除滅、所悔清淨。又願今日同懺悔者，從今已去乃至菩提，一切怨對皆得消滅，一切眾苦畢竟解脫，結習煩惱永得清淨，長辭四趣自在受生，親侍諸佛面奉尊記，六度四等無不備行，具四辯才得佛十力，相好嚴身神通無礙，入金剛心成等正覺。

We respectfully pray that the Three Jewels will together extend their gathering-in, causing all that we, [so-and-so] and others, have confessed to be eradicated, and all that we have repented to be purified. Furthermore, we pray that those who repent together today, from this day forward until bodhi, may have all enmities and adversaries eliminated, have all sufferings completely liberated, have their habitual tendencies and afflictions forever purified, bid eternal farewell to the four wretched destinies, obtain birth at will, personally attend upon all Buddhas and receive in person their noble predictions, practice fully the six pāramitās and the four immeasurables without omission, be equipped with the four unhindered eloquence abilities, attain the ten powers of a Buddha, adorn their bodies with the marks and signs, possess unimpeded supernatural penetrations, and enter the vajra-like mind to accomplish equal and perfect enlightenment.
