今日道場同業大眾！重復至誠五體投地，為灰河地獄、劍林地獄、刺林地獄、銅柱地獄、鐵機地獄、鐵網地獄、鐵窟地獄、鐵丸地獄、尖石地獄，如是十方盡虛空界一切地獄，今日現受苦一切眾生，（某甲）等以菩提心，普為歸依世間大慈悲父。

Today, assembly sharing this karmic endeavor in the bodhimaṇḍa! Once more, with utmost sincerity, prostrate with the five limbs touching the ground on behalf of [the beings in] the Hell of the Ash River, the Hell of the Forest of Swords, the Hell of the Forest of Thorns, the Hell of Copper Pillars, the Hell of Iron Presses, the Hell of Iron Nets, the Hell of Iron Caves, the Hell of Iron Pellets, the Hell of Sharp Rocks, and all such hells throughout the ten directions and the entirety of space. On behalf of all sentient beings who are presently enduring suffering today, we, [so-and-so] and the others, with the bodhicitta, universally take refuge on their behalf in the Great Compassionate and Loving Father of the World.
