2.44

銷伏毒害陀羅尼能破報障，毘舍離人平復如本。破惡業陀羅尼能破業障，破梵行人蕩除糞穢，令得清淨。六字章句陀羅尼能破煩惱障，淨於三毒根，成佛道無疑。

The dhāraṇī for eliminating and subduing poison and harm can destroy the retribution obstacle, restoring the people of Vaiśālī as before. The dhāraṇī for destroying bad karma can destroy the karmic obstacle, cleansing away the filth of those who have broken their brahma-conduct and causing them to attain purity. The six-syllable phrase dhāraṇī can destroy the affliction obstacle, purifying the roots of the three poisons, so that attaining the Buddha path is without doubt.
