次、歷善事。善事眾多，且約六度。若有諸塵，須捨六受；若無財物，須運六作。捨、運共論，有十二事。

Next, applying it across good matters. Good matters are numerous; let us briefly explain them in terms of the six perfections. If there are sensory dusts, one must relinquish the six receptions; if one lacks material wealth, one must mobilize the six actions. Discussing relinquishment and mobilization together, there are twelve matters.
