摩訶止觀 4.19

4.19

隨道者，隨順諦理，能破見惑。無著戒者，即是見真成聖，於思惟惑無所染著也。以此兩戒約真諦持戒也。

The precept following the way accords with the truth and principle, and can destroy the delusions of view. The unattached precept means seeing the true and becoming a noble one, without any attachment to the delusions of thought. Through these two precepts, keeping the precepts is treated in terms of the ultimate truth.
