四、事理俱緩者，如前十種皆犯，永墜泥犁，失人天果報；神明昏塞無得道期，迴轉沈淪不可度脫。

Fourth, as for both literal and principle being slack: as when all ten kinds are violated as described earlier, one falls forever into Niraya and loses the retribution of humans and gods; one's spiritual faculties are darkened and blocked with no prospect of attaining the path, turning and sinking without being delivered.
