4.70

七、修功補過者，昔三業作罪不計晝夜；今善身口意策勵不休。非移山岳，安填江海？以此翻破縱恣三業心。

Seventh, cultivating merit to compensate for faults: formerly one committed transgressions with the three karmas, reckoning neither day nor night; now one spurs on body, speech, and mind in good without resting. If one does not move mountains, how can one fill up rivers and oceans? In this way one overturns and shatters the mindset of giving rein to the three karmas.
