答：此發宿習。宿習之見還是故惑，如人服藥，藥擊宿病；宿病既動，須臾自差，非是藥為新病也。

Answer: This is the arising of past habits. The views of past habituation are still former delusions. It is like a person taking medicine: the medicine strikes the old illness; once the old illness is agitated, after a moment it naturally clears up; it is not that the medicine produces a new illness.
