如是力者，堪任力用也。如王力士，千萬技能，病故謂無，病差有用。心亦如是，具有諸力，煩惱病故，不能運動，如實觀之，具一切力。

Regarding "suchness of power": it is the capacity for functional application. Just as a royal champion has tens of thousands of skills, yet due to illness is thought to have none, but when his illness is cured he has use of them. The mind is also like this: it possesses all powers, but due to the illness of afflictions cannot mobilize them; contemplated according to reality, it possesses all powers.
