Language
Classical Chinese

6.19

Initially one takes emptiness as the object; when emptiness is predominant, distraction occurs. Relinquishing emptiness and taking consciousness as the object, one attains the concentration of consciousness, which corresponds with the mind and also possesses delusions such as attachment, arrogance, and delusion. One also uses the four contemplations, with skillful means of superior advancement and so forth, to accomplish the non-arising of phenomenal activity and principle. The rest can be understood by analogy.
