6.30

若借此別名判三人通位者，則初地斷見惑；二地斷欲界、一兩品思；三地斷六品思；四地斷七、八品思；五地斷九品思；六地斷七十一品思；七地斷七十二品思；八地已上侵習、斷無知等，例前可知云云。

If one borrows these distinctive names to determine the shared stages of the three persons: then the first ground severs the delusions of view; the second ground severs one or two grades of thought in the desire realm; the third ground severs six grades of thought; the fourth ground severs seven or eight grades of thought; the fifth ground severs nine grades of thought; the sixth ground severs seventy-one grades of thought; the seventh ground severs seventy-two grades of thought; from the eighth ground upward, one encroaches upon habitual impressions, severs ignorance, and so forth, which can be understood by analogy with the preceding, and so forth.
