9.103

復次，十二因緣、十如、十境，在異心中是生滅思議；在一念心中是不生不滅、不可思議。《華嚴》云：「十二因緣在一念心中。」《大集》云：「十二因緣，一人一念悉皆具足。」此猶存略，若一人一念悉皆具足十界、十如、十二因緣，乃可稱為摩訶衍不可思議十二因緣耳。

Furthermore, the twelve links of dependent origination, the ten suchnesses, and the ten objects, when in distinct minds, are conceivable arising and ceasing; when in a single thought-moment, they are inconceivable neither arising nor ceasing. The Avataṃsaka Sūtra says: 'The twelve links of dependent origination are in a single thought-moment.' The Daji jing says: 'The twelve links of dependent origination are all completely present in one person in a single thought-moment.' This is still concise; if within one person in a single thought-moment the ten realms, ten suchnesses, and twelve links of dependent origination are all completely present, only then can it be called the Mahāyāna's inconceivable twelve links of dependent origination.
