第六、觀禪定境者：夫長病、遠行是禪定障。《立世阿毘曇》云：「多諫諍、多營事亦是禪定障；復有多讀誦亦是禪定障。」《文殊問菩提經》云：「禪定有三十六垢。」垢即是障。

Sixth, Contemplating the Realm of Dhyāna-Concentration: Chronic illness and traveling far are obstacles to dhyāna-concentration. The Lokasthiti-abhidharma says: 'Much disputation and reproof, and managing many affairs, are also obstacles to dhyāna-concentration; furthermore, much chanting and reciting is also an obstacle to dhyāna-concentration.' The Mañjuśrīparipṛcchā-bodhi-sūtra says: 'Dhyāna-concentration has thirty-six defilements.' Defilements are obstacles.
