心行、大行者，上覺支是解，今心行去是觀行。心行於世諦，故名「行」；行真諦，故名「大行」；三事俱行，故名「遍行」。

"Mental action and great action": The investigation factor above was understanding; now mental action onward is contemplative practice. The mind acting on conventional truth is called "action"; acting on ultimate truth is called "great action"; acting on all three matters together is called "pervasive action."
