已略說諸禪詮次竟，諸禪中法心之相復應知之。今就明法心中，即為三意：一、先辨法；二、明心；三、分別簡定法心之別。

Having briefly explained the sequential order of the various dhyānas, the characteristics of dharma and mind within the various dhyānas should also be understood. Now, in clarifying dharma and mind, there are three topics: first, distinguishing dharmas; second, clarifying mind; third, analytically distinguishing the differences between dharma and mind.
