Furthermore, mental factors are dharma, while the mental king is mind. The three aggregates of feeling, perception, and formations, as well as the matter aggregate, are dharma, while the consciousness aggregate is mind. Associated mental dharmas, dharmas unassociated with mind, material dharmas, and unconditioned dharmas are dharma, while the mental dharma is mind. The objective cognitive referent is dharma, while the cognizing mind is mind. That which can produce is dharma, while that which is produced is mind. The observed realm is dharma, while the observing wisdom is mind. Dharma completes mind, and mind relies on dharma. In manners such as these, the distinction between dharma and mind is variously differentiated within names. Although these distinctions are made, they are all like illusions and apparitions, without clinging or attachment, converging together into a single characteristic. This meaning will be extensively explained below in the tenth section, 'Summation and Ultimate Resort'.
