十者、中國人多，十人受具戒。此為十種得戒相。今時多用十人羯磨得戒。此辯有戒相。

10. In the Central Lands where there are many persons, ten persons confer the full precepts. These are the ten aspects of obtaining the precepts. Nowadays, the ordination by a karmavācanā procedure of ten persons is mostly used. This explains the aspect of having the precepts.
