問曰：上明十五門諸禪三昧發相，是中自有有漏、無漏。有漏之善，過去經得，可有習因善發，無漏本未經得，豈有過去習因善發耶？

Question: Above you explained the characteristics of the manifestation of the fifteen gates of dhyānas and samādhis, among which there are defiled and undefiled ones. With defiled wholesome [states], which were experienced in the past, there can be wholesome manifestation from habituated causes; but since the undefiled has never originally been experienced, how could there be wholesome manifestation from past habituated causes?
