4.17

一、違理瞋發者，若行人於修定時，瞋覺欻然而起，無問是理非理，他犯、不犯，無事而瞋，是為違理邪瞋發相。

First, regarding the manifestation of anger contrary to reason: If a practitioner, when cultivating concentration, has anger and ill-will arise abruptly, without regard to whether it is reasonable or unreasonable, whether another offended or did not offend, being angry over nothing. This is the mark of the manifestation of contrary-to-reason, corrupt anger.
