二、明假想治病者，具如《雜阿含》、《治禪病祕法》七十二法中廣說。但今人神根既鈍，作此觀想，多不成就。或不得其意，非唯治病不差，更增眾患。故諸師善得意者，若有祕要，假想用之，無往不愈，但不可具以文載。

Second, explaining curing illness through visualized imagination: this is fully and extensively explained in the seventy-two methods of the Saṃyuktāgama and the Secret Methods for Curing Dhyāna Illness. However, because people today have dull faculties, when they perform these visualizations they mostly do not succeed. Or, failing to grasp their meaning, not only do they fail to cure the illness, but they even increase various afflictions. Therefore, for masters who have skillfully grasped the meaning, if they possess secret essentials and apply visualized imagination, there is no case where it does not heal; however, it cannot be completely recorded in writing.
