第三、明證初禪相，自有六種：一、名初禪發相；二、明支；三、明因果體用；四、明淺深；五、明進退；六、明功德。

Third, explaining the marks of realizing the first dhyāna naturally has six categories: first, the marks of the manifestation of the first dhyāna; second, explaining the factors; third, explaining cause, effect, essence, and function; fourth, explaining shallow and deep; fifth, explaining progress and regress; sixth, explaining meritorious virtues.
