5.62

答曰：若論其次第，亦無定前後。雖四大因緣合時，強者先發，而多見有人從動而發，事如前釋。

Answer: If one discusses their sequence, there is also no fixed order of before and after. Although when the causes and conditions of the four great elements come together, the stronger one arises first, we mostly see people in whom it arises starting from movement, as explained before.
