第一、正明修習方法，此如佛處處經中說：「有比丘以慈相應心，無恚無恨，無怨無惱，廣大無量，善修習。」

First, directly explaining the method of practice. This is as the Buddha said in various sūtras: "There is a monk who, with a mind accompanied by benevolence, without ill will, without malice, without enmity, without affliction, vast and immeasurable, cultivates it well."
