一者、正明修悲方法，如佛說：「若有比丘以悲相應心，無瞋無恨，無怨無惱，廣大無量，善修。」

First, directly explaining the method of cultivating compassion. As the Buddha said: "If there is a monk who, with a mind accompanied by compassion, without anger, without malice, without enmity, without affliction, vast and immeasurable, cultivates it well."
