答曰：修此定時，心心無間，亦得說為九次第定，然終非是具足九次第定法。是事在下自當可見。若比准《成實論》解九定、八解，亦是具足。

Answer: When cultivating this absorption, mind following mind without interval, it can also be spoken of as the nine sequential absorptions; however, ultimately it is not the complete dharma of the nine sequential absorptions. This matter will naturally be seen below. If evaluated according to the explanation of the nine absorptions and eight liberations in the *Tattvasiddhi-śāstra*, it is indeed complete.
