今釋外義世間，復為三意：一、正明根本世間因緣；二、明根本與外世界相關；三、明王道治正。

Now, explaining the external conceptual world further has three points: first, directly explaining the causes and conditions of the fundamental world; second, explaining the correlation between the fundamental and the external world; third, explaining the governance and correctness of the royal path.
