8.96

釋曰：「觀三世空，一切諸行亦生亦滅」者，深觀自地及上下心數悉是有為之相，虛誑不實。

Explanation: 'Contemplating the emptiness of the three times, [knowing that] all conditioned phenomena also arise and cease' means deeply contemplating that mental factors of its own stage as well as above and below all have conditioned characteristics, which are deceptive and unreal.
