以五門莊嚴數息，隨、止、觀、還、淨，皆亦如是，今不別說。此則六六三十六，亦名三十六妙門。行者若能如是善巧修習六妙門者，當知必得種種諸深禪定智惠，入三乘涅槃也。

Adorning counting the breath with the five gates is also like this for following, cessation, contemplation, turning back, and purification; they will not be explained separately now. This is six times six, thirty-six, also called the thirty-six wondrous gates. If a practitioner can skillfully cultivate and practice the six wondrous gates in this way, one should know that they will certainly attain various profound dhyānas, absorptions, and wisdom, and enter the nirvāṇa of the three vehicles.
