十六、見者。於名、色、陰、入、界等法中，妄計我有眼根故，能見一切色。亦計我能起邪見、我起正見，名見者。

Sixteenth is the seer (paśyaka). Regarding dharmas such as nāmarūpa, the skandhas, āyatanas, and dhātus, one falsely imputes, 'Because I possess the eye faculty, I can see all forms.' It is also the imputation, 'I can give rise to wrong views, or I give rise to right views'; it is named seer.
