三、不邪婬戒。云何名邪婬？若女人為父母、兄弟、姊妹、夫主、兒子、世間法、王法守護，若出家戒法護，乃至自婦受一日戒法，若有娠乳兒及非道處，如是犯者，名為邪婬。若不作是事，名不邪婬戒。其餘言戲、以物相要，乃至捉手觸身，未遂婬事，皆為邪婬方便，非正罪。

Third, the precept against sexual misconduct. What is meant by sexual misconduct? If a woman is protected by her parents, brothers, sisters, husband, or sons, or protected by worldly law or royal law, or protected by the preceptual dharmas of having gone forth; or even one's own wife having undertaken the one-day preceptual vows, or when she is pregnant, nursing an infant, or in non-canonical orifices—transgressing in these ways is named sexual misconduct. If one does not do this, it is named the precept against sexual misconduct. The rest—such as verbal teasing, arranging by means of gifts, or even holding hands and touching the body without carrying out the act of intercourse—are all preliminary expedients of sexual misconduct, not the primary offense.
