滅盡定。《大集經》云：「憍陳如！若有比丘修習聖道，厭離四禪、四空處觀，滅莊嚴之道，而入滅盡定也。」

The attainment of cessation. The Mahāsaṃnipāta-sūtra states: "Kauṇḍinya! If there is a bhikṣu who cultivates the noble path, becomes weary of and departs from the contemplation of the four dhyānas and the four formless bases, and puts an end to the path of adornment, he enters the attainment of cessation."
