二、聲入。一切對耳，所聞之色曰聲。聲有二種聲，攝一切聲：一、從正報色出聲，眾生語言音聲也；二、從依報色出聲也。

Second, the sound āyatana. All auditory form that faces the ear is called sound. There are two kinds of sound that encompass all sounds: first, sound emerging from the form of primary retribution, which is the speech and vocal sounds of sentient beings; second, sound emerging from the form of environmental retribution.
