三、念力。念正道及諸助道法時，若念根增長，破諸邪念，成就一切出世正念功德，是為念力。

Third, the power of mindfulness. When being mindful of the correct path and the factors aiding the path, if the faculty of mindfulness increases, it demolishes wrong thoughts and accomplishes all virtues of supramundane right mindfulness; this is the power of mindfulness.
