六、觸。由入對塵，情塵識合，是名為觸。以六塵觸六根故，即有六識生，故名情塵識合也。

Sixth, contact: due to the bases confronting sense objects, the faculty, object, and consciousness come together; this is called contact. Because the six sense objects contact the six faculties, the six consciousnesses arise; hence it is called the coming together of faculty, object, and consciousness.
