五、膿爛想。若觀死屍，蟲膿流出，皮肉壞爛，滂沱在地，是為膿爛想。

5. The notion of suppuration: If one contemplates a corpse with worms and pus flowing forth, the skin and flesh decomposed and rotten, streaming copiously onto the ground—this is the notion of suppuration.
