六、意慈和敬。菩薩心常在無緣慈三昧，以修於意，慈善根力，能不起滅定，現諸心意，與眾生樂，故意與九道和同。亦知前所得樂眾生悉有佛性，如來藏理，未來必定當得心如佛心，是以敬之如佛，故說意慈為和敬。

Sixth is reverent harmony through kindness in mental action. With a mind constantly abiding in the samādhi of unconditioned kindness, the bodhisattva cultivates their thought. By the power of the roots of goodness of kindness, without rising from the attainment of cessation, they manifest various mental states to bestow joy upon sentient beings; thus their mental action is in harmony with the nine destinies. They also know that the sentient beings who receive joy before them all possess Buddha-nature, the principle of the tathāgatagarbha, and in the future will definitely attain a mind like the Buddha's mind; therefore they revere them as they would a Buddha. Thus kindness in mental action is called reverent harmony.
