一、能作小。以變化力能自作己之小身，亦化作他之小身，或化作世界所有小物，乃至皆如微塵，是為能作小。

First is the ability to become small. Through the power of transformation, one is able to make one's own body small, and also transform others' bodies into small ones, or transform all small objects in the world, even down to the size of a fine dust mote; this is the ability to become small.
