三、能作輕。以變化力能自輕己身，亦輕他身，或輕世界及所有，乃至令如鴻毛，是為能作輕。

Third is the ability to become light. Through the power of transformation, one is able to make one's own body light, and also make others' bodies light, or make the world and everything in it light, even down to being like a wild goose feather; this is the ability to become light.
