四、根力。佛知他眾生諸根上、下相，如實遍知，無能壞、無能勝，四力也。

Fourth, the power of [knowing] faculties. The Buddha knows the superior and inferior characteristics of the faculties of other sentient beings, knowing them ubiquitously in accordance with reality, indestructible and unconquerable; this is the fourth power.
