三、說障道無所畏。佛作誠言：「我說障法。若有沙門、婆羅門，若天、若魔若、梵，若復餘眾如實言：『受是障法不障道。』乃至不見是微畏相。以是故，我得安隱，得無所畏，安住聖主處。如牛王在大眾中師子吼，能轉梵輪。諸沙門、婆羅門，若天、若魔、若梵，若復餘眾實不能轉。」三無所畏。

Third, the fearlessness in expounding the dharmas that obstruct the path. The Buddha makes this sincere statement: 'I expound obstructive dharmas. If there should be any śramaṇa, brāhmaṇa, deva, Māra, Brahmā, or any other beings who could say in accordance with reality: "Practicing these obstructive dharmas does not obstruct the path," I do not see even the slightest sign of fear. For this reason, I have attained security, attained fearlessness, and abide peacefully in the state of the noble lord. Like a bull king, I roar the lion's roar in the great assembly and can turn the Brahma wheel, which no śramaṇa, brāhmaṇa, deva, Māra, Brahmā, or any other beings can truly turn.' This is the third fearlessness.
