九、念無減。佛於三世諸佛法，一切智慧相應故，滿足無減故，名念無減。
Ninth, no decrease in mindfulness. Because the Buddha is in accord with all wisdom regarding the dharmas of all Buddhas of the three times, and because it is fully perfected without decrease, it is called no decrease in mindfulness.
