3.58

十八、無法有法空。無法有法空者，取無法有法相不可得，故名無法有法空。亦以觀無法有法空，故名無法有法空。有人解云：過去、未來、現在一切皆空，故名無法有法空也。

Eighteenth: non-existent-and-existent-dharma emptiness. Non-existent-and-existent-dharma emptiness: grasping at the characteristics of non-existent dharmas and existent dharmas is unapprehendable, hence it is called non-existent-and-existent-dharma emptiness. Also, because one contemplates that non-existent and existent dharmas are empty, it is called non-existent-and-existent-dharma emptiness. Someone explains: past, future, and present are all empty, therefore it is called non-existent-and-existent-dharma emptiness.
