問：「染淨不二門云，照故三千常具，遮故法爾空中。又云，亡淨穢故以空以中。又《義例》云：『觀此一運即具十界百界千如，即空即中。』此文何須添假字邪？」

Question: "The Gate of Nonduality of Defilement and Purity says, 'Because of illuminating, the three thousand are permanently possessed; because of occluding, it is naturally empty and middle.' It also says, 'Because of eliminating purity and defilement, one uses the empty and the middle.' Furthermore, the Yili says, 'Contemplating this single operation as possessing the ten realms, hundred realms, and thousand suchnesses is namely empty and namely middle.' Why should the character 'provisional' be added to this text?"
