初、標示者，大小乘中所明觀法，二境收盡故云不出，今非偏小也。

First, the indication. The contemplation methods explained in the Mahāyāna and Hīnayāna are completely subsumed by these two objects, hence it says 'do not go beyond'. Here it is not biased or small.
