次以增品勝心修行五悔，更加說法，轉其內解，導利前人。以廣濟故，化功歸己，心倍勝前，名第三品。

Next, with an increased and superior mind one cultivates the five repentances and further adds preaching the Dharma: turning one's internal understanding outward to guide and benefit the person before one. Because of extensive rescue, the merit of conversion returns to oneself, and the mind is twice as superior as before; this is called the third grade.
